I was just fit with Synergeyes contact lenses on Saturday and will be getting them sometime next week. They have an RGP (for better optics) and a soft skirt (for better comfort).

I’m really excited about them, but I’m kind of confused about RGP vs. soft in terms of eye health. I asked tons of questions at the dr.’s, but forgot about the oxygen permeability factor.

Enlightenment would be appreciated. Thanks Just to clarify, I meant to say, they have RGP center and a soft skirt. (www.synergeyes.com for people who’ve never heard of them)
